Discharges
may be filed in our office at the option of a
veteran for no charge. Military discharges are not
public record. You may obtain a certified copy of
your discharge by appearing at the Clerk’s office
with photo identification.
You may also obtain a copy of your discharge from
the Veteran’s Administration, 318-377-3045.
